site looks uglier than sin need to figure out better looking colors at least [edit: nevermind it's hopeless]

- adding a new topic shouldn't error out on too much white space in the title (only should strip out the html tags)

- comment text area should be as wide as the comment section it supposed to cut off too long sentences but it's confusing right now how much it will cut off
