Welcome to PanelChutney Chronicles, the PanelChutney spinoff of the Drawception Chronicles project by EmoWeeb the Simp on Drawception.

Here are a few rules to follow before you contribute to the comic:
- You can only add up to three OCs (don't introduce them all at the same time)
- Do not harrass other users (in comments or in the comic
- No placehold stacking (placeholds last up to 48 hours)
- Dialogue reccomended (you can always add descriptions for your panels)
- Don't start chapters without completing arcs
- The minimum panel count for chapters is 20
- References to Drawception Chronicles permitted
- Do not kill off other people's OC unless they gave consent to do so
- No drama in the comments
- If the maximum amount of panels is met, use the sequel button

`Scumwad` there isn't much lore iirc, we're just making it up as we go. n these characters are all from the community (which i think means it all depends on who made who!) wowowow!
i think that's the gist of it, not sure about everything else but the strip creator could probably say more about it as like. a concept and whatnot
