they are stored on the cloud .. I mean our server 🤔 I need to change the naming system and without breaking older backups (the second is the hard part)

hear hear one single issue with it is that right now the claim system is needed for the backup system to work properly 😔 I will need to figure out a way to get around that first 🤔

I think I screwed up the calculation a bit (didn't took the distance to account) 😔 anyway I did a small update and it should be more accurate now (not guaranteed to land on the exact spot as there are also multiple solutions for the coordinates but it should be in one of the accurate spots) also I changed the text input to be more agreeable - it won't recalculate the value you just set now you can set bogus values for your amusement - bit of a tradeoff but I doubt anyone will mind this one.. so I expect it to be reported as a bug pretty soon 🤔 anyway, let me know what you think!

`TeeEffDee` `Scones and Cones` please check if you like the update (note: the text based part is still dodgy)

- allow seeing secret strips you contributed to - palette selector improvement ###### revision 1380

alright 👍 ironically that one is simpler to implement too 🤔

so from what I gathered, ours is based on this tech: [https://www.cssscript.com/demo/color-picker-pro/](https://www.cssscript.com/demo/color-picker-pro/) but we want something like this instead: [https://www.cssscript.com/demo/color-picker-alpha-selection/](https://www.cssscript.com/demo/color-picker-alpha-selection/) unless you can pick your color with the first one - then it's just a bug in my code 🤔

there are several limitations due to javascript: the current one uses a technique to blend two gradients for the saturation/lightness rectangle and there is some limitation with the back and forth of the HSL to RGB conversion and for the little black rectangle its easy to read out the value but setting its x,y coordinates based on the SL has multiple solutions so despite being on the correct values it won't be in the place you last left it I guess we could replace it with a different selector? 🤔 or just add in the standard html5 selector as an option?

that is alright, in case things get ugly: you are the moderator of your own strips here (just enable friends only mode) and can hide anything you don't like of course for now I'd like to ask everyone to take it easy: don't get OC mad but also let others start with a clean slate (the only thing not tolerated here is ruining others fun by using automated scripts - but that is what the limited user mode is for) 🤔

the hue indicator is accurate, it's the sat-light one that is not so (something about there are multiple solutions for its placement) anyway I didn't expect that to be so important, I'll see if I can do something about it (but I kinda doubt it) 🤔

just checked it: the numbers seem to be accurate and that is what matters if you mean the little rectangle indicator: yes that is off

we will figure it out in the next meetig: [/strip/1833](/strip/1833)

- small fix for brush outline visibility ###### revision 1375

2023-09-24 01:02:57
I was trying to target mostly sites with drawing but then my list got as far as deviantart.. I don't know of any other ones like it 😔 my twitter has about 0 followers (to be fair about that many posts too) and now people without accounts cannot see twitter either I don't even know where to start with instagram.. it seems you need to get popular first and then start advertising .. it's a catch of 22 😔 from what I heard PJ got a boost by being featured by a big youtuber back in the day? not sure how to arrange that 🤔 (someone should get popular on yt and .. same problem again 😔)

2023-09-22 10:32:51
I guess I can add that (if there is a demand) - but I'm not sure if i want to make it to affect the stars you get 🤔 (that didn't work that well on PJ imho) so far we got this deviantart group: [https://www.deviantart.com/chutneyville](https://www.deviantart.com/chutneyville) (didn't quite take off yet but it's still young) I'm not sure what other sites would be a good idea to advertise at so far it seems it just adds an extra layer of figuring out how to make the social media account popular too 🤔

2023-09-21 23:28:50

that's ok i'm not sure if it was the intention either 🤔
