please list here the devices you use to draw (also maybe the resolution e.g. 1920x1080 and what OS: windows, linux, android, chrome OS.. whatever you can the more the better .. and also if the current drawing tool looks horrid and/or is unusable on your end)

also based on Raz' idea there is now a small link in the corner (upper left) that should take you to the bottom of the page (for now its just to test if this kind of linking works at all on mobiles)

(also this one doesn't shows the markdowns in the preview yet)

let me know what you think and how it looks on your end (everyone) this one should work for both desktop and mobile (will be combined with the other one if it looks ok)

thats ok these are good ideas I was thinking of combining the login and registering page.. not sure what to replace the face of that looks like a login page icon that also implies you can register there though (but i guess PJ had the right idea here as well) also maybe the logo could be replaced with a little home button .. or just the chutney? (or whatever the final logo of the site will be) (the site's name is not really that important imho and just a placeholder really)

maybe the link for registering could be moved to login page? (and have more space on the menu)

hmm.. the whole site can be copy pasted into Word (with losing most of the layout though) .. maybe I should keep this?

make number of likes text unselectable (in fact the whole strip page can be selected .. not sure if its any use or could cause problems)

test out anchor links \# on phones (and on desktop too) jump to the commments (and possibly back)

that's a good idea ( I need to test if anchor links like \#somepartofthesite work .. if so it could be done quickly)

six images: yes that is for just testing scrolling (should have used 6 different images I guess) seems to look how it should too .. so the problem is now in my head at least now (and not css) confusion: anything besides my dubious choosing for the test image? :D

some devices produce anti-aliased (or just blurred?) images and some don't .. also is it really an issue?

a thought on the submit button problem: is it a problem with the button itself or the overlay?

on 1024x768 (and probably many other resolutions) the canvas overlaps the palette

almost forgot the most important: are there any drawing sites where you encountered the same error or similar? (or any where you don't?) (this goes for both the error on the screenshot and the offset) (maybe i can reverse engineer what they did.. I assume PJ didnt had these also)

ok after re-reading your comment: login and register buttons need rethinking too .. acknowledged any thoughts on the forum an users icons?

- submit button doesn't always work (kind of a critical feature) - some devices still have problem with touch (I'm going to bite those hardware manufacturers what are they even doing)

need to figure out what is causing the brush offset (not sure if css is enough to fix this ..may be it could be corrected in javascript somehow?)

mobile drawing bug (described by Elle): it could may be fixed by turning off caching for the drawing tool page? (need to replicate it somehow first)

yes the register and login won't be there after login (just like now) that's a good idea for the home button agreed: "random" and "add new" icons will stay (or at least will have a very similar design in the final one) I have a hard time fitting text on the small screeen so I definetly need ideas for the "complete", "in progress" and "claimed" icons (I guess claimed could move under the user profile maybe?)

Elle: what sort of laptop is it? (any info would help) so far I'm guessing it may be related to hardware acceleration.. not sure how to fix it yet

drat (no wonder pj had those weird image size bugs .. css image scaling is a mess)

oh you mean the comments? that's normal the comments are still fucked up (this was only an update for the drawing tool) but i'm glad at least the description works
